If you’re a fan of adult stories and interactive novels, you’ll likely be a fan of Summertime Saga. This adult-oriented game provides users with an intriguing story, along with plenty of steamy fun to enjoy along the way.
The game begins at a funeral. A young man’s father has died in a work related accident under suspicious circumstances. With no other family left and about to enter college, the young man is taken in by a close friend of his father’s, who just happens to be an attractive older woman.
Apparently, the father was in debt to a shady group of criminals, which furthers the mystery surrounding his death.
At the start of the game you’re given three main objectives: Find a way to pay for next semester’s tuition, uncover the truth surrounding the father’s death and find a date for the sorority ball.
As you can probably tell, this game is far more than an adult story. There are a number of other storylines, mysteries and puzzle solving, which makes the overall experience far more engaging. The game includes over 65 characters that you can interact with, over 30 different locations and over 20 games, with plenty of new content being added with every update.
Of course, if you’re looking for some adult fun there’s plenty of that as well. In addition to all of the romantic storylines and adult scenes, the game promises the opportunity to explore a number of different fetishes, including anal, exhibitionism, group sex, public sex, toys, spanking and voyeurism.
So, does the game deliver? Yes, it most certainly does.
The look and design of the game is extremely impressive. Although it’s been created by a small indie developer it looks like a top-level game made by an elite studio. There are incredible details, including shadowing and reflections that really take the visuals to the next level. The sound effects are also superb throughout the game, although they are especially enjoyable during sex scenes.
The gameplay is straightforward and intuitive. Scenes are filled with interactive items that you can click on to investigate, further the story and talk to other characters. You can also travel around the small town the game is set in to explore new locations and meet new characters.
The game is currently free, but keep in mind that it is still in development so a number of items are currently not interactable.
